Returns and Exchanges
We are offering 3 days for returning and exchanging products that does not match your device but it has to be with the same conditioned you received in ‘’sealed’’ if it’s opened or used we will not be able to return or exchange the item. Also the client should notify us on the same day of receiving the order (even in the weekends and the official country vacations or our announced vacations and on our day off). in case the return or the exchange process is valid the client will afford the delivery fees..

Our Rights to cancel order :
We may end the contract for a product at any time by writing to you if: (a) If your age is below 18 (b) you do not, within a reasonable time, allow us to deliver the products to you
(C) If the client made an order and did not receive it without or for any reason.
We accept cash on Delivery & CREDIT CARD.
In some cases we may ask for down payment on Vodafone cash before handling the order to the delivery company and in this case we will provide the customer with the Vodafone cash number.
Your Rights in Respect of Defective Products
We are offering 14 days guarantee anti manufacturing detects and not misuse.
Our Responsibility for Damage by delivery
Any item is damaged by the delivery company its our responsibility to replace it for the client without any extra fees.

Regarding coupon codes we are not offering individual coupon codes but in different occasions we are announcing for coupon codes on our Facebook page or website header. But we are offering loyalty points program for all our clients

Its program by which any item you will buy it through the website you will take points by its price (ex. Item with 1 Egp = 1 point , item with 1000 Egp = 1000 point)
Each 500 points will give you 5 Egp discount
What is the use of the points ?
You will use the points of the last order/s in your new order as a discount method.
How can you join the loyalty program ?
Once you will make an account on the website and start purchasing the program will start automatically.
